2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the advertising landing pages served on lp.player-nation.com and lp.f2pstar.com, and to the click-measurement services on go.player-nation.com and trk.f2pstar.com.

It does not cover the websites of the game publishers we forward you to. Once you click through to a game, that publisher's own privacy policy applies.

3. What we process

• Technical connection data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language setting, referring page, date and time of the request.
• Country — derived from your IP address, so we can show the page in a language you are likely to read.
• Click identifier — a random identifier assigned when you click one of our ads. It lets us tell which campaign and which ad brought you here.
• Usage on the page — which steps of the page you viewed, which options you selected, whether you clicked the main button, and how long that took.

We do not ask you for your name, address, telephone number or payment details on these pages, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

4. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

4.1 Operating and securing the page

To deliver the page, show it in the right language, and protect it against automated copying by third parties. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working and protected website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The storage this requires on your device is strictly necessary to provide the page you requested and therefore does not require consent.

4.2 Measuring our advertising

To find out which campaigns, ads and pages actually work, and to bill and reconcile our advertising spend. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring and accounting for advertising we pay for ourselves, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not build profiles about you, and we do not use this data to target you personally. You can object at any time and switch it off yourself — see section 8.

4.3 Advertising pixels on lp.player-nation.com

On lp.player-nation.com only, we use the pixels of Taboola and Meta Platforms. They tell these networks that you viewed the page and whether you clicked the main button, so we can measure our ads there and show them again to people who have already visited. Visitors from the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first: the pixels only load after you click "Accept" in the cookie bar. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future — see section 8. Visitors from other countries are not asked and the pixels load straight away; legal basis there is our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and you can object as described in section 8. No advertising pixels are used on lp.f2pstar.com.

4.4 Google Analytics on lp.player-nation.com

On lp.player-nation.com only, we use Google Analytics to understand how our pages are used: which pages are viewed, how far visitors scroll, whether they click the main button, and where they came from. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address. We use it for analysis only — the advertising features of Google Analytics are switched off. It follows the same rules as the pixels in section 4.3: visitors from the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first and nothing is sent to Google before you click "Accept" (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); visitors from other countries are not asked (legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how our pages are used, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google Analytics is not used on lp.f2pstar.com.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The RedTrack click cookie is set during the redirect that brings you from the ad to our page, that is, before our page loads.

6. Who receives your data

We pass data to the following categories of recipient, and only as far as the purposes above require:

• RedTrack — click and conversion measurement.
• Our advertising networks — Taboola, Meta Platforms, MGID, MediaGo and PropellerAds. They receive confirmation that a click led to a result, so their systems can bill and optimise. On lp.player-nation.com, Taboola and Meta also receive the page views and clicks described in section 4.3.
• Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — Google Analytics on lp.player-nation.com, as described in section 4.4.
• The game publisher or its affiliate network that we forward you to, so your click can be attributed.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers — Cloudflare and Hetzner Online GmbH, which operate the servers that deliver these pages.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some of these recipients process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States and in Israel. Where that happens, it is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the relevant country or transfer framework, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. You can request a copy of the safeguards in place from us at the address in section 1.

8. Objecting and switching it off

You can object to the measurement described in sections 4.2 to 4.4 at any time, and you can stop it yourself. You can:

• delete the cookies stored by your browser and block new ones in your browser settings;
• use the opt-out offered by the relevant provider, for example Taboola or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; or
• write to contact@nomads-digital.com and we will action it for you.

9. How long we keep it

• Cookies and similar storage: for the periods given in section 5.
• Records of visits and clicks: we do not set a fixed deletion date for these. We keep them for as long as we need them to analyse campaign performance, compare one period against another and reconcile figures with our advertising partners — a meaningful comparison is only possible with several years of history. We review regularly whether we still need them.
• Data we must keep for tax or accounting reasons: for the statutory retention period.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to have processing restricted, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
